  2. Return Authorization: Once we have reviewed your request and confirmed your eligibility for a refund, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please do not send back any items without this RA number, as it helps us efficiently process your return.

  3. Secure Packaging: Carefully pack the items in their original box along with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. For the sake of the environment, we encourage you to reuse the original packaging whenever possible.

  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.

Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will process your refund. Please note the following details about the refund process:

  1. Refund Amount: The refund will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned items, excluding any shipping or handling charges paid at the time of purchase.

  2. Payment Method: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. It may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
