Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within the first 24 hours after placing the order. After 24 hours, your order will be in processing or on its way to the shipping address, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
If your order is already in transit, you are still eligible for a full refund. However, you will need to return the product to us. We will cover the return shipping costs.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@renovizeshop.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Return shipping costs may vary by location and are not guaranteed to be free. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
120-Day Refund Policy
For the RENOVIZE Gen ❶, we offer an extended 120-day satisfaction guarantee:
- 30-Day Return Window: If you decide to return the product unused, you have 30 days from receipt to request a return. The product must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Use the product for a minimum of 120 days. If after consistent use you are not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund. To qualify, you must provide:
- Photos taken bi-weekly from the same angle, with timestamps.
- Use of the product for a full 120 days.
- Email us at support@renovizeshop.com with your order number, total usage days, and bi-weekly photos.
To initiate a return under the 120-Day Refund Policy, follow the same return process as outlined above.
Refund Amount
For returns, we will refund 90% of the purchase price of the returned items to cover shipping and handling fees. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. It may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For shipments to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
